Services

Matched x Michelle provides personalized matchmaking, introductions, dating support, and related services. Specific matches, dates, relationship outcomes, or marriage are not guaranteed.

Fees

The fee for curated matchmaking services is $180/month, with a 90-day commitment for new clients. All clients will sign a contract.

Membership Term

The initial membership term is three (3) months beginning on the date of purchase. After three months, the contract will automatically switch to a month-to-month membership.

Payment

Clients are invoiced for the first three months upfront, and then monthly memberships automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation Policy

Clients can cancel at anytime once the contract moves to month-to-month. Cancellation will be applied to the next billing cycle.

Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of matchmaking services, payments already processed are non-refundable.

Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Matched x Michelle.

Communication
Clients agree to participate respectfully, provide accurate information, and respond to communications in a timely manner.

Repeated unresponsiveness may result in paused or terminated services.

Matchmaking timelines vary and communication frequency with Michelle may depend on compatibility availability and ongoing matching activity.

Confidentiality

Client information will be kept confidential and shared only as necessary for potential matchmaking introductions.

Personal contact information will not be shared without consent.

Celebrating Successful Matches

Matched x Michelle loves celebrating successful connections. While not required, referrals, testimonials, and thoughtful gestures are always deeply appreciated.

Limitation of liability
Clients are solely responsible for conducting their own judgment, due diligence, and personal safety assessments regarding any introductions.

Matched x Michelle does not conduct criminal, financial, or background investigations unless explicitly stated in writing.

Matched x Michelle shall not be liable for any indirect, emotional, physical, financial, or consequential damages arising from participation in matchmaking services or introductions.

Right to terminate
Matched x Michelle reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at any time without refund for any reason, including lack of fit, inappropriate conduct, dishonesty, or safety concerns regarding Michelle, or any Matched x Michelle clients.
